ADHD coaching focused on practical tools
As an ADHD coach, I help you turn insight into action. Together, we find practical tools and strategies that work in your everyday life.
My coaching draws on the knowledge and methods of Efficient Coach's ADHD Coach training, combined with my experience as a psychotherapist and as a neurodivergent person. You receive practical tools, lived experience and a safe space to work with the thoughts, feelings and patterns that often accompany ADHD.
The aim is not to change who you are. It is to help you use your strengths and navigate the challenges that stand between you and the life you want to live.
Psychotherapy for adults with ADHD
Many adults with ADHD have experienced criticism, setbacks or a sense of not being good enough. This can lead to stress, anxiety, low self-esteem or a persistent feeling of inadequacy.
In therapy, we work with the emotional and personal aspects of ADHD. You can understand yourself better, create new possibilities for action and develop greater acceptance of how your brain works.
Therapy can be especially valuable if you experience:
- Stress or burnout
- Anxiety or worry
- Low self-esteem
- Perfectionism
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Conflict in relationships
- Difficulty setting boundaries
A strengths-based approach to ADHD
ADHD is not only about challenges. Many people with ADHD are creative, engaged, innovative and highly intuitive. Together, we identify and strengthen the resources you already have.
I believe that greater self-understanding, the right strategies and a supportive process can create lasting change.
Is ADHD coaching right for you?
ADHD coaching may be relevant if you:
- Have an ADHD diagnosis
- Suspect you may have ADHD
- Are waiting for an assessment
- Are close to someone with ADHD
- Want greater structure, balance and quality of life
You do not need to have all the answers before getting in touch. Often, the first step is simply to explore what kind of support would suit you.
