When you visit this website, information about you may be collected and used to adapt and improve the content. If you do not want information to be collected, delete your cookies and discontinue your use of the website. Below you can read what information is collected and for what purpose.
Cookies
The website uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer, phone or tablet to recognise the device, remember settings, compile statistics and tailor content. Cookies do not contain harmful code such as viruses.
Personal data
General
Personal data is any information that can be linked to you. When you use this website, some information may be collected and processed, for example when you access content, subscribe to a newsletter or register as a user.
The types of information typically collected and processed include a unique ID, technical information about your computer, tablet or phone, your IP address and the pages you visit. When you explicitly consent and enter the information yourself, the following may also be processed: name, phone number, email address, postal address and, where relevant, payment information. This will typically be in connection with the contact form.
Security
Technical and organisational measures have been taken to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, lost, impaired, accessed by unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed contrary to applicable law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and provide services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter or contacting you by phone. Information is retained for as long as permitted by law and deleted when it is no longer required. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it, so no general deletion timeframe can be stated.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, optional phone number and the message you write are processed. The information is used to respond to your enquiry and forwarded through the selected email provider to info@psykisksundhed.nu. The form service does not store the message in a separate website database. Your IP address is used briefly to limit automated misuse but is not logged with the message content by the form service.
Please do not send your Danish civil registration number (CPR) or detailed health information through the form.
Disclosure of information
Personal data such as your name and email address will only be disclosed with your consent. Only processors in the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your information are used.
Access and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data is processed about you. You may object to the use of your information at any time and withdraw your consent to its processing. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
To exercise these rights, contact info@psykisksundhed.nu. If you wish to complain about the processing of your personal data, you may also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
