How does payment work?
Payment is made after the session by bank transfer to Jyske Bank, sort code 5148 / account no. 1029356.
What is the cancellation policy?
A fee may be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. The same applies if you do not attend.
What if I am unsure which kind of therapy to choose?
You are welcome to email or call if you are unsure whether individual, couples or family therapy is the best fit for your situation.
Can I receive reimbursement?
Reimbursement depends on your insurance or membership terms. Please check your policy, or contact me if you are unsure what to look for.
